22 April 2026, Chișinău – Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov met with José Antonio Hernández Pérez-Solórzano, Spain’s Ambassador to the Republic of Moldova, who is based in Bucharest.

The discussion focused on the latest developments in the EU accession negotiations, preparations for the next steps, and how our country can benefit from technical support and expertise from Spain.

Deputy Prime Minister Gherasimov thanked the authorities in Madrid for their cooperation and for supporting the Republic of Moldova’s path toward European Integration.
