21 May 2026, Brussels – At the invitation of the Cypriot Presidency of the Council of the EU, Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov participated today in Brussels at the meeting of the Working Party on Enlargement and Countries Negotiating Accession to the EU (COELA).
During the session, Moldova’s achievements in Cluster 4 - Green Agenda and Sustainable Connectivity and Cluster 5 - Resources, Agriculture, and Cohesion were presented.
‘We still have a lot of actions to achieve. But we will continue to work, together with all the responsible institutions, to make progress, deliver results, and improve people’s living conditions and their quality of life. The quality of air we inhale, the water we consume, and the country we leave to future generations depend on each of us and on the involvement of the whole society,’ said Cristina Gherasimov.
