The cabinet today approved a notice on the amendment to the draft law on the providing of fiscal and customs facilities to Moldova’s citizens who return home, filed as a legislative initiative by the Moldovan president.

Thus, the exemption from the tax on import for a transport means will be applied for the vehicles with a term of exploitation of up to 9 years and not up to 7 years, as it was earlier approved.

At the same time, according to the notice, the transport means will not be able to be sold, pawned, donated, given in possession or use during 3 years and not 5 years, as it was earlier established.
