Possibilities to boost bilateral relations were discussed at a meeting between Prime Minister Dorin Recean and Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Moldova Meshaal Mohammed Al-Kubaisi.

 

In the context of the recent signing of the visa liberalisation agreement between our countries, the proposal to launch a direct flight Doha-Chisinau was reiterated.

 

Recean expressed interest in taking over the Qatari experience in the civil aviation, including by opening a pilot training school in the Republic of Moldova.

 

Recean also referred to boosting economic cooperation in the agri-food and energy, as well as drawing investments to our country.
