11 March 2026, Chișinău - Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Cristina Gherasimov, received a visit in Chișinău from Slovenia’s State Secretary for European Affairs, Neva Grašič.

‘We discussed developments in the negotiation process and the reforms we are implementing at home. We also discussed what we can learn from Slovenia’s experience and best practices in national development and improving people’s lives, as well as ongoing institutional capacity-building projects, such as the cooperation between the National Bank and the Center of Excellence in Finance (CEF) in Slovenia,’ said Cristina Gherasimov.

Deputy Prime Minister Gherasimov thanked the authorities in Ljubljana for the expertise they are providing and for supporting the Republic of Moldova’s European path.
