15 May 2026, Chișinău – Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov met with Petr Macinka, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, who is currently on a work visit in Chișinău.

‘We discussed the current situation regarding our European agenda and the progress made in the EU accession negotiations,’ said Cristina Gherasimov.

Deputy Prime Minister Gherasimov thanked the authorities in Prague for the expertise and assistance provided to the Republic of Moldova in strengthening institutions and advancing reforms, as well as for supporting the country’s European path.
