2 April 2026, Chișinău – Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov met in Chișinău with Estonian MEP Sven Mikser, who also serves as the European Parliament’s rapporteur for the Republic of Moldova.

’At the end of his mission to our country, we discussed the reforms currently being implemented and the steps we need to take in the accession negotiation process,’ said Cristina Gherasimov.

Deputy Prime Minister Gherasimov thanked MEP Mikser for his friendship and for supporting the Republic of Moldova’s European path in the European Parliament plenary.
