20 February 2026, Chișinău - Preparatory meetings for technical negotiations continue. Today, discussions were held on Cluster 2 - Internal Market and Cluster 6 - External Relations.

’Together with colleagues from the institutions responsible for the chapters in the two clusters, we analysed what we need to do in the coming period in areas such as: free movement of goods, workers, and capital, company law and intellectual property, consumer protection, trade relations, external relations, and security policy’, said Cristina Gherasimov.

During the meeting, was discussed about the reforms that need to be done and how Moldova's position can be better presented in Brussels.
