The public services provided to citizens by the National Social Insurances House (CNAS) will be modernized through the development of an information system titled, Social Protection. The cabinet today approved a decision to this end, in order to promote electronic public services, meant to ensure a high degree of satisfaction to beneficiaries, saving their time and effort.

 

The re-designing of the CNAS’ Social Protection Information System, with the use of modern information and technological platforms, is necessary for boosting the inter-institutional exchange of data, diversifying the channels of access to services in the field of providing pensions and social benefits, record of payers and contributions of social insurances to the state social insurances budget.     

 

The final goal pursued by the re-designing of the Social Protection Information System is to improve the quality and accessibility of services provided by the National Social Insurances House. Or, the orientation to the beneficiaries of public services stays one of the key objectives.
