Construction of bridge in Anenii Noi, passing over the Bâc River, has ended. Today it was opened to traffic. The bridge provides access to the district center for people of 12 localities.

Attending the bridge opening ceremony, Prime Minister Pavel Filip congratulated the residents on this occasion: “The bridge is a symbol that unites people and localities." It is part of the regional road Floresti - Anenii Noi and provides the connection between several local arteries.

Until the reconstruction, the bridge was damaged, including because of the permanent movement of heavy trucks. Thus, it was closed in July 2017, and in the autumn of last year construction works began. The old bridge was demolished and built from scratch, according to European standards.

The total value of the construction works amounts to 18 million lei, money allocated from the state budget.
