Working visit of Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian to the cities of Rîșcani and Glodeni

On April 15, 2025, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian, accompanied by representatives of the Bălți Territorial Bureau of the State Chancellery and the Bureau for Reintegration Policies, paid a working visit to Rîșcani district.
During the dialogue with local mayors and heads of deconcentrated institutions in the district, discussions focused on the policies promoted and implemented by the Government to ensure the sustainable development of the country, the improvement of citizens’ well-being, and the safeguarding of peace and stability in the country and region, in the context of regional and global crises.
Topics also included the settlement of the Transnistrian conflict, actions undertaken by state authorities in the process of European integration and modernization, the management of the energy crisis, and the implementation of regional development projects.
Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian expressed appreciation for the interest shown and the contributions made to the country's development and European integration process, emphasizing the commitment of the Government of the Republic of Moldova to support communities across the country through concrete development measures and efforts to ensure citizens’ well-being.
On the same day, at the invitation of the Student Council of the „Vasile Coroban” High School in the city of Glodeni, Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian met with senior pupils and the teaching staff of the institution. The discussions touched on topics such as contemporary literature, the reintegration process of the country, and the connection between the Transnistrian settlement process and the process of accession of the Republic of Moldova to the EU.
