Working visit of the Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian to Nimereuca

On August 26, 2022, the Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian, accompanied by the representatives of the Bureau of Reintegration Policies, undertook a working visit to the villages of Nimereuca and Cerlina, Soroca district.
During the discussions held with the representatives of the local public administration, the Territorial Office of the State Chancellery, the territorial subdivisions of the General Police Inspectorate, the Environmental Protection Inspectorate and teaching staff, issues of interest to the local community were addressed.
The subject of major importance in both localities of the Nimereuca commune concerns the rehabilitation of the local road L106 Nimereuca - Cerlina and the national road G37 Slobozia - Cremene - Vărăncău - Temeleuți, which will facilitate faster access to the cities of Soroca, Florești and the municipality of Bălți.
The locals also inquired about the possibility of designing, building and relaunching the circulation of a floating bridge over the Nistru River, which would ensure the connection with the villages of Hrușca and Cuzmin, located in the Transnistrian region.
Among other pressing issues were the need to solve the water supply problem of the villages of Nimereuca and Cerlina, the modernization of the educational and cultural infrastructure in the commune and the equipping of the two gymnasiums with IT equipment, physics, chemistry, biology laboratories, but also the exploitation of the tourism potential of the localities.
