„I would like to address to the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, I would like to address to Moldovans all over the world. Today, we are officially opening negotiations with the European Union at the first Intergovernmental Conference, where we will determine, together with the European Union, how we will build a peaceful, harmonious and prosperous life in Moldova, in our homeland", Prime Minister Dorin Recean said.
