TRAINING SESSIONS FOR CIVIL SERVANTS AND EXPERTS INVOLVED IN MOLDOVA'S EU ACCESSION PROCESS COMMENCE AT THE COLLEGE OF EUROPE IN NATOLIN

3rd June 2024, Natolin, Poland - The inaugural training session for civil servants and civil society experts engaged in Moldova's EU accession negotiations is currently underway in Natolin, Poland. This programme is facilitated by the College of Europe in partnership with the Institute for European Policies and Reforms (IPRE) and in collaboration with the Bureau for European Integration (BEI).

 

Participants in this week's training include civil servants from the Office for European Integration, the Centre for Harmonisation of Legislation, the State Chancellery, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and IPRE experts.

 

Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Cristina Gherasimov, expressed her appreciation for the participation of Chisinau’s civil servants in these trainings and conveyed her gratitude to the organisers for providing this valuable opportunity.

 

“I extend my sincere gratitude to the College of Europe for assisting us in gaining a deeper understanding of the European Commission's negotiating methodology, drawing on the experiences of other countries, and for enhancing our practical skills in preparation for EU accession negotiations”, emphasised Deputy Prime Minister Cristina Gherasimov.
