Priorities of the Republic of Moldova in the context of Cyprus Presidency of the EU Council, discussed by Cristina Gherasimov and Marilena Raouna
The European agenda of the Republic of Moldova and the necessary measures to advance in negotiation process, was the discussion topic between the Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov, and Marilena Raouna, Deputy Minister for European Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus.
'We also discussed our country's priorities in the context of Cyprus Presidency of the EU Council in the first half of 2026. We also addressed the current challenges that our country is facing - disinformation, interference in electoral processes and the Russian energy blackmail', said Cristina Gherasimov.
In this regard, Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Cristina Gherasimov, extended an invitation to Deputy Minister for European Affairs, Marilena Raouna, to pay a visit to our country during this year.
