16^th April 2024, Chisinau - Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov took part in hearings concerning the progression of the European integration process, organized by the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Policy and European Integration.

During the session, the Deputy Prime Minister provided an overview to the Committee members regarding the recent initiatives undertaken to advance the country's European integration agenda. Emphasis was placed on the implementation of recommendations set forth by the European Commission, as well as the alignment of national legislation with EU standards.

Furthermore, the official addressed the screening process and the preparations being made by Moldova to contribute to the Enlargement Package for 2024.
