3^rd April 2024, Chisinau - Progress on Chisinau's European agenda and Moldovan-French cooperation were the primary topics of discussion during the meeting yesterday between Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov and the Ambassador of the French Republic to our country, Graham Paul.

The interlocutors assessed the outcomes of Deputy Prime Minister Gherasimov's recent visit to Paris. During this visit, Cristina Gherasimov reiterated her gratitude for the excellent cooperation between the two countries.

Specifically, the Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration conveyed gratitude to France for its unparalleled political support at the European level and for initiatives aimed at fostering the development of the Republic of Moldova. In turn, Ambassador Paul Graham confirmed France's commitment to further assisting Moldova in advancing its European agenda and facilitating the modernization of the Republic of Moldova.
