18th March 2024, Chisinau - Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov held a telephone conversation with Bojan Maricikj, Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs of Northern Macedonia.

The discussion centred on Moldova's European integration agenda and the ongoing efforts by Moldovan authorities towards EU accession. Deputy Prime Minister Gherasimov expressed interest in learning from Skopje's experience and adopting best practices for the negotiation process.

Both parties agreed to deepen dialogue in the field of European affairs. Deputy Prime Minister Gherasimov stated, "I am confident that our close cooperation will accelerate our European journey."
