8^th March, Chisinau - Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Cristina Gherasimov, recently held a telephone conversation with Fernando Sampedro Marcos, Secretary of State for the European Union at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union, and Cooperation of Spain.

The focal point of their discussion centred around the Government's priorities regarding European integration, along with an assessment of the progress made in addressing the European Commission's latest three recommendations. Emphasis was placed on the commitment of Moldovan authorities to furthering the reform agenda, aimed at expediting Moldova's accession to the European Union.

Deputy Prime Minister Gherasimov extended gratitude for Spain's unwavering and consistent support towards Moldova's European aspirations. 

Both officials concurred on the necessity to sustain an active dialogue and bolster cooperation in the realm of European affairs.
