5^th March, Chisinau - Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov held a telephone conversation with Karoline Edtstadler, Federal Minister for EU and Constitution of the Republic of Austria. The focus of the discussion was on the developments regarding our country's European integration agenda.

During the conversation, they reviewed the progress made by our country in implementing the last three recommendations of the European Commission and analysed the upcoming steps in the negotiation process for the Republic of Moldova in the coming months.

Deputy Prime Minister Cristina Gherasimov expressed gratitude to the Austrian Minister for her support in advancing Moldova's European path, notably the positive vote at the European Council in December. Additionally, both officials reaffirmed their commitment to maintain close cooperation in European affairs.
