Chisinau, 16 February - Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov has had a phone conversation with Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Olha Stefanishyna.  

The discussion was focused on the European aspirations of the two countries and the importance of maintaining a bilateral political dialogue and ensuring a closer cooperation between Moldova and Ukraine in the process of accession to EU.

„The affiliation with the great family of the European Union is the most important goal which we have to achieve and we will continue implementing the agenda of reforms, in order to modernize the country and get closer to the European standards,’’ Deputy PM Cristina Gherasimov said.
