4 April 2025, Nisporeni - Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Cristina Gherasimov, visited Nisporeni, where she discussed with the local public authorities about the European path of our country and the projects implemented at local level with the support of the EU.

As a result of European projects, the citizens of several localities in the Nisporeni district can already enjoy street lighting, water and sewerage networks, sewage treatment plants, refurbished educational and cultural establishments, as well as modern medical services.

'Just this year, projects worth about MDL 70 million will be implemented in the Nisporeni district. We are working hard to move forward, as a country, in the process of European Integration and thus to improve the lives of citizens,' said Cristina Gherasimov.

During the visit, the Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration also had a discussion about the benefits of European Integration with the students of the 'Boris Cazacu' High School in Nisporeni: 'I was happy to find out how curious, active, informed and involved are the young people from Nisporeni'.
