29 April 2025, Chișinău - Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Cristina Gherasimov, today visited the ‘Andrei Straistă’ Theoretical High School in Anenii Noi, where about 300 pupils’ study.

‘We talked to the pupils about the European Union, about the programmes to which young people can apply to gain experience and about the benefits that membership will bring to every family in Moldova’, said Cristina Gherasimov.

The Deputy Prime Minister also met the five pupils from the "Logos" team - winners of the first stage of the national competition #EuroQuiz 2025, who will represent the Anenii Noi district in the finals on 7 May.

‘They are ambitious and talented young people who are training and studying - with a lot of responsibility - everything related to the history, geography, culture and art of the European Union’, added Cristina Gherasimov.
