21 March 2025, Chișinău - Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Cristina Gherasimov, had a telephone conversation with Claudia Plakolm, the new Austrian Federal Minister for Europe, Integration and Family, and congratulated on taking over these portfolios.

Cristina Gherasimov talked about the stage we are at in the negotiation process and what are the priorities for the next period.

‘I thanked the authorities in Vienna for being at our side and supporting Moldova's European path. We will continue to cooperate in order to exchange best practices and learn from good experiences, which will help us modernize the country and improve the everyday life of citizens’, said the Deputy Prime Minister.
